Ilenia and Luca founded Illo, a motion design and animation studio in 2012. More recently Luca branched off to create a brand new motion design studio called Algo which focuses on creating video automation systems for clients. 

I was eager to learn about why they decided to create two separate studios, how they manage their teams of 10+ people and how they market each studio to land huge clients like New York Times and Google.
