410 The Exhaustion, The Book, and The People Who Are Mad at Me

This week’s episode is a personal catch-up on everything that’s been taking up space in my brain lately.My capacity feels low. My ADHD symptoms feel loud. The problem? It’s not entirely true.Sometimes people are mad at us. There are people mad at me right now.
