The episode starts out with a deep philosophical inquiry with Abe Schoener of the Scholium Project and the Los Angeles River Wine Company, before digging into the reality of these concepts with the lovable and brilliant Chiara Pepe of Emidio Pepe--all with the added context and commentary by everybody's favorite exporter, Paul Wasserman of Becky Wasserman and Company.
