What does looking after yourself during a cost of living crisis look like?

The cost of living crisis has changed a lot of things for young Aussies. What we eat, where we live, whether we can afford to go out. But one of the other consequences is what this economic crisis is doing to our health. Not just our physical health, but our mental health, our relationship with our bodies, and our ability to access the medical care we actually need.

So this week, we went directly to our listeners and asked you about your own experiences. Have you ever delayed accessing healthcare because of rising costs? What about exercising or getting in with a psychologist? It turns out there is a trend emerging, which we’re going to unpack in today’s deep dive.
