He breaks down the driver shortage narrative that the American Trucking Associations have been running since 1987… and why it has always been a lie. He also exposes the flood of non-domiciled CDLs being issued to people who don't speak English, and breaks down the big legal battles of the day with the Delilah's Law stall in Congress and the Supreme Court's Montgomery v. Caribe Bay decision.
