Amanda Visek is an Associate Professor at The George Washington University and has conducted several studies on what young athletes find fun about sports. Recently, she conducted a study with young hockey and basketball players, in Sweden, regarding this particular matter. In this episode she presents the findings of the study and what they mean for you as a coach in practice.
