Oliss - A former member of the Hunter's Guild, who trades in blackmarket animal goods.

Dominus Peddledream - President of the corrupt Errosian Resettlement Office (ERO) and former target of RAID. He wanted the land that Patty took for the animal reserve. Patty threw a tankard of beer at him at a town hall meeting.
