From Multisport Dynamo to HYROX Elite - Calypso Sheridan

This week on the show we speak to Calypso Sheridan. Calypso caught a lot of people's eyes at the HYROX World Championship but her story began before that.   We consider her early career as a NCAA swimmer and the various sports she competed in since those days.
