From its secret origins as the Ork world of Ullanor—relocated and stripped of its past—to its transformation into a fortress of industry and war, we trace how Armageddon became a magnet for galaxy-shaking invasions. The story follows the three great wars that define its legacy: the first, a nightmarish Chaos uprising led by the Daemon Primarch Angron that ended in brutal purges and enforced secrecy; the second, a colossal Ork Waaagh! under Ghazghkull Thraka that forged heroes like Yarrick amid apocalyptic battles; and the third, an even greater invasion that turned the entire planet into a permanent warzone of sieges, attrition, and unending violence.
