Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller discusses President Trump's push to bring in more foreign beef, and says it is hurting US ranchers and could cost Republicans support in the midterm elections. Miller, also said he had a "heated discussion" with Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins over the policy and calls for mandatory country-of-origin labeling for beef.
