Architecture isn't just about what we build. It's about how we build our practices to last.
In this episode, Marc Dufour-Feronce, co-founder of Rundzwei Architekten, shares his journey of shaping an architectural practice rooted in sustainability, innovation, and strong partnerships. From navigating challenges to building a diverse portfolio, Marc opens up about the realities of firm leadership and the lessons learned along the way.
We explore why research and development play such a vital role in the design process, how networking and social connections help bring in clients, and why cultivating a positive studio culture matters just as much as financial clarity. Marc also reflects on competitions as a way to gain visibility and the personal side of balancing firm growth with family life.
Whether you're just starting your firm or aiming to strengthen an established practice, this episode offers valuable insights into the intersection of design, business, and resilience.
