Tower Heist had many ingredients that should have made it a standout comedy for its era. The involvement of Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy, and a stellar supporting cast, involved in a caper? Sounds great on paper. The result was something that nobody hated, but nobody really loved either, and that's disappointing. Why wasn't it better?
