Episode #140 Featuring Lexi Noel!  Prioritizing REAL FOOD!   Lexi and I share a lot of similarities especially when it comes to food... From the struggles with an eating disorder, to our love of sharing knowledge and information to others and both having the understanding that FOOD IS MEDICINE.  Lexi is on a journey to teach the world about the importance of eating real food and how to develop the right kind of relationship we all should have with food.
