Last week, we were in Copenhagen for the biggest design festival in northern Europe, 3 Days of Design.

Dezeen features editor Nat Barker sat down with deputy editor Cajsa Carlson and design reporter Jane Englefield to reflect on the standout moments from the event and why they were significant.

Among their picks were a yellow conversation pit the size of a swimming pool, a steel pavilion in the shape of a giant Alvar Aalto vase and a vending machine selling affordable design trinkets.
