Nvidia is in talks to backstop as much as $250 billion to help OpenAI lease computing power from a US data center project and finance $350 billion of OpenAI's purchases of its chips. Separately, CXMT Corp. surged 466% in its Shanghai trading debut to become China’s largest onshore-listed company, valued at about 3.3 trillion yuan.
