Is one of us parenting wrong, or just differently?

This week we are breaking down our parenting styles... why one of us can't let the other parent without hovering, whether Mitre 10 counts as quality time, and the great "gentle parenting vs your kids need structure" comment section debate. We do some research into our actual parenting styles (reactive vs high intensity, apparently), argue about lunchbox surveillance, and somehow end up questioning whether "symbiotic" is a real word. But never fear, we finish off by putting on the gentle wash and saying the nice things out loud for once. Homework this week: give your partner 30 seconds before you jump in. We'll wait.
