BSBLDR601 — Lead and Manage Organisational Change

This unit develops the skills and knowledge required to lead and manage organisational change across a business or work area.

Students learn how to develop a change management strategy, implement communication and education plans, consult stakeholders, assess risk and opportunity, and evaluate whether a change is working — modifying their approach when the evidence demands it.
