We're half way through this year, and I want us to make the absolute most out of these next 6 months.
I want to be honest with you in this one: the last few weeks have not been my best. Nothing horrible happened, I'm fine, I'm healthy, everything's okay, but I'd quietly let myself drift. Skipping workouts. Binge-watching shows. Calling things "self-care" that had actually become self-sabotage. And the frustration of knowing I could do better while not doing better was one of the most uncomfortable feelings I've sat with this year.
