#019 - Jules Horn - You Can't Think Your Way to Peace. Here's How to Actually Find It

Yet he calls that entire chapter a bird in a golden cage.

He was blackout drunk most weekends, burned out flat in bed for days every couple of months, chasing one campaign for ten years that never came, monitoring every way of being in the world in case an agent didn't like his hair.

Today, he helps people release the tension that they have carried in their fascia for decades, retrain their nervous system for safety and find a comfortable home inside their own skin.

Jules showed me the perfect way to breathe, we talked about releasing anger and rage, where most people carry tension and how to release it, the rediscovery of God and how he accesses the divine within him.

We also shine light on the dysfunction of the modeling industry, what he was really chasing and how he has transitioned from an endless pursuit of external validation to a love like no other, not from the world, but within himself.
